Dream Adventures is a special program of Moose Maine Kids created to provide life-changing outdoor and hunting experiences for children facing critical illnesses and severe disabilities across Maine.
For many of these kids, time outdoors represents freedom, possibility, and a chance to focus on joy instead of medical challenges. Dream Adventures exists to help make those moments happen — safely, thoughtfully, and with the full support of our community.

Dream Adventures is dedicated to helping children facing serious medical challenges experience the outdoors in ways they may have only imagined. Whether it’s a guided hunt, a fishing trip, time in nature, or another personalized outdoor goal, we work closely with families, volunteers, and partners to create safe, meaningful, and memorable experiences.
